Exchange & Return Policy

We hope you fall in love with your items; however returns & exchanges are welcomed within 15 days of the date of receipt of the item. 

RH44 offers small batch collections.

Only non-personalized & NON SALE items can be returned or exchanged.

If a sale item is returned to our address, disregarding our store policy, we will charge a restocking fee and send store credit for the difference. 

* Items need to be returned clean and unworn, have no stains or makeup marks, and sent back in the original packaging, including tags for full amount. 

*  Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.

• When making a return, please include the original packing slip and any notes (written ) as to why it is being returned.

• Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.
